Mourad loves soccer because it allows him to compete, score goals, and make a difference for his team. As a striker, he loves the excitement of finding the back of the net and creating opportunities. As team captain, he enjoys leading by example, motivating his teammates, and bringing everyone together. Soccer gives him confidence, purpose, and the chance to keep improving every day.
Cristiano Ronaldo inspires Mourad every day. His dedication, hard work, discipline, and determination show my son that with confidence and persistence, he can achieve his dreams. Ronaldo teaches him to never give up, keep improving, and believe in himself no matter how difficult the journey gets. He is more than a footballer to my son he is a role model.
The moment that makes me proudest of my son’s athletic journey is when he made Team Ontario. Seeing all of his hard work, dedication, and sacrifices pay off was an incredibly proud moment for our family. It showed him that believing in himself, staying committed, and never giving up can turn his dreams into reality.
