Football teaches everything about leadership. discipline and that no one wins alone, and that you have to show up for your team even when you're tired, even when you're losing. I am inspired by my parents. They didn’t teach me with long speeches, they taught me by living and by showing up every day, working hard without complaining, and taking care of family and community. They taught me what it means to be a man of your word, to stand firm in your values even when it's not popular, and to lead with strength but also with compassion. The way they carry themselves the way people respected them the way they never asked for credit that's the kind of man I want to be.
I am an author and a 2025 GFL Champion — and I still can't believe I get to say that. To hold a trophy in one hand and a book with my name on it in the other is the culmination of two different kinds of grind. Both of which are proud moments in my life.
