Learn MoreWhat Natalia loves most about playing soccer, volleyball, and track is the challenge of getting better and pushing herself to reach new goals. She loves being part of a team, competing, and learning from every experience. Most of all, she loves the feeling of working hard, improving, and seeing that determination pay off.
Natalia is inspired by her family, coaches, teammates, and athletes who never give up. She admires people who work hard, stay positive, and keep pushing through challenges. Their support and determination motivate her to become a better athlete and person, while reminding her that success comes from effort, perseverance, and believing in yourself.
One of the moments that makes me proudest is seeing Natalia prepare to enter high school and face the difficult choice between soccer and volleyball because they are both in the same season. She chose soccer for high school, but instead of giving up volleyball, she continued playing club volleyball while also playing club soccer. Balancing both sports takes a lot of dedication, hard work, and determination, and she continues to push herself to improve in both.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
