Natalie joined a team who had a losing streak. Natalie organized extra practice. She gain order and structure within the team and lead the team to championships. While Natalie was on her team she won about 5 championships in a row. I am proud to know Natalie is a wonderful leader who helped change the dynamics of the team. The girls had good support and focus with Natalie as their leader..
