Receive Text UpdatesNicia loves stunting the most. She has always been a flyer. She loves that it’s not just cheering for others but an actual sport. It takes practice, conditioning and stretching every single day. Not just at practice but at home as well.
Nicia’s mother inspires her the most on and off the field/turf/stage. Her number one fan from the very beginning. She’s like an unofficial coach. Training Nicia daily and showing her support and love on the good and bad , the easy and hard days. Mom is always coming in with the pep talks and extra help if needed.
One moment Nicia has made me the proudest was when she did not make it up on her stunt. I could see she was devastated and embarrassed as this was at a game and in front of a big crowd. But she got herself up off the floor, dusted herself. Smiled at the crowd and attempted a second time. Second time the stunt did go up, and although I knew she wanted to crumble into pieces, the crowd could not have noticed. She’s a true performer and an athlete. She kept the show going. Nicia is a power house.
