What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Nick loves the opportunity to compete, challenge himself, and continue growing as an athlete. He enjoys pushing himself to get better while working toward a common goal with his team. Most of all, sports have given Nick the opportunity to develop new friendships, build strong bonds with his teammates, and create memories with people who share his love for competition.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Nick’s biggest inspiration is his mother, who has always been his biggest supporter and has encouraged him to work hard, stay focused, and never give up on his goals. He is also inspired by his two brothers,one older and one younger, who motivate him to be the best version of himself and set a positive example. Nick aspires to one day make it to the league, but his dream is about more than just playing professionally. He wants to use his success to take care of the people who have always support

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Nick has earned several athletic awards throughout our state, but my proudest moments go beyond trophies. When a teammate is struggling personally or athletically, Nick takes the time to encourage and uplift them. Watching him lead with compassion and remind others of their potential makes me most proud. His character, leadership, and heart for others mean more to me than any award.
