Noah learns that process comes from consistency, that confidence comes from effort, and that every small victory is earned. Inspired by the people who show them what hard work, kindness, and determination look like. His coaches push them to be better everyday, his teammates motivate him, and at home he is guided by the support and encouragement. Noah is a leader-never gives up, stay positive and that kid that was on that second team working to prove everyone that he deserved to be on the crush!!
My proudest moment was when my kid pitched and won Cal Ripken Workd Series. Watching him walk onto that mound with much determination-and then seeing all that hard work pay off- was incredible. It wasn’t the win that made me proud, but the countless hours of practice, the setbacks that was pushed through, and the way he grew through it all. Seeing confidence shine on that moment is something I’ll carry with me forever.
