What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What I love most about soccer is the leadership it demands. As a center mid, I’m the one organizing the field, reading the game, and making split-second decisions that affect everyone around me. I love the responsibility of setting the tone — staying composed under pressure so my teammates can trust me when it matters most. Soccer has taught me that leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice, but about consistency, accountability, and lifting others up. That’s what keeps me coming back

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

The person who inspires me most is Coach T, and Reed, they’ve shown me what it means to lead with humility and work hard even when no one’s watching. On the field, I admire players who stay composed under pressure and lift their teammates up instead of seeking the spotlight. Off the field, I’m inspired by my parents who balance passion with discipline, whether that’s in school, sports, or life. They’ve taught me that real strength comes from consistency, not just talent.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Watching Olivia fight through injuries and multiple coaching changes has been my proudest moment as her parent. Each new system and philosophy meant starting over, but she never let frustration turn into giving up. She adapted, worked harder, and kept showing up with the same focus and heart. What impresses me most isn’t her talent — it’s her resilience. She’s proven that she can handle adversity with grace, and that kind of mental toughness will serve her far beyond soccer
