His Dad! He grew up watching his dad play sports, especially baseball. He taught him the true meaning of teamwork and dedication.
He had an important final game of the regular season before provincials. He was pitching against a tough opponent. They did everything they could to break him on that mound but he held his composure. He was calm, cool and collected! Little did they know his Papa passed away that morning and he knew even in a time of sadness he couldn’t let his team down. He played with all his heart that day and I’m so proud of him for that.
