His biggest inspiration is his family, we have always encouraged him to work hard, stay humble, and never give up. On the field, he looks up to coaches and teammates who lead by example, challenge him to improve, and demonstrate the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and dedication.
The moment that makes me proudest is watching him grow from a fourth grader who doubted his abilities into a confident, standout player. Through hard work, determination, and resilience, he proved to himself—and to those who underestimated him—that dedication pays off. Seeing him succeed because he never gave up has been far more rewarding than any trophy or win.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
