Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Paisley has always idolized Jordy Frahm for her incredible heart, fire, and competitive spirit. Jordy showed her that playing at the highest level requires unshakeable grit, mental toughness, and a total commitment to your team. Whether pitching under intense pressure or cheering on her teammates, Jordy leads with an energy that is completely infectious. Seeing Jordy’s passion inspires Paisley to be a bolder competitor and a better teammate every day.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

My proudest moment isn't a single win, but watching Paisley show up every single day ready to learn and grow. She is exceptionally coachable, taking every piece of feedback to heart and giving 100% at every practice and game. Win or lose, she works her tail off to be the best version of herself for her team. Seeing her develop that level of humility, grit, and self-discipline makes me prouder than any trophy ever could—because I know those qualities will carry her far in life beyond softball.
