She is drawn to lyrical and contemporary dance, she loves expressing herself on the stage through movement and grace.
She draws inspiration from her solo choreographer, Natalie Finley and her older sister, Katelynn. Natalie inspires her with her artistry, education and ability to help her bring emotion to every performance and pushing her to be her best self. Watching her big sister, pursue big dreams, has encouraged Payson to dream boldly. Together, Natalie and Katelynn inspire Payson to work hard perform from the heart and become the very best dancer she can be.
One of the proudest moments of Payson‘s dance journey was watching her earn the encore protégé Junior dancer. It was a wonderful recognition of the countless hours of hard work, dedication and heart. While we’re incredibly proud of her accomplishments on stage what makes us even prouder is the person she is off stage. Payson is a supportive teammate who celebrates other successes, encourages her friends and brings kindness and positivity wherever she goes.
