What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Basketball is a sport that I really enjoy because it is exciting, challenging, and fun. There are many things I love about basketball, including the competition, teamwork, and the opportunity to improve my skills. Every time I play, I get to challenge myself and learn something new. One thing I love about basketball is the excitement of the game. Every possession can change the score, and you never know what will happen next. Making a basket, getting a good pass, or making an important defense.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

The people who inspire me on and off the court are my family, coaches, and basketball players I look up to. They inspire me because they work hard, stay focused, and never give up. My family supports me when things get difficult, and my coaches push me to become a better player. Watching other basketball players also motivates me to keep practicing and improve my skills.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

As a parent, watching my child win Peach Jam made me very proud. I saw how hard they worked through practices, games, and challenges. When the team won, I could see how happy and excited they were. It showed me that all their hard work and dedication paid off. Winning Peach Jam was about more than just a trophy. It showed the importance of teamwork, confidence, and never giving up. As a parent, I will always be proud of this accomplishment and will continue to support my child in basketball.
