What is Youth Athlete of the Year?
Learn MoreFootball is one of Randall favorite sports because it makes him feel happy, confident and motivated. Everytime Randall steps on the field he’s excited because he knows he’s about to do something he truly enjoys. Playing football is more than just a game to Randall it’s something he looks forward to every chance he get. One of the things Randall enjoys the most about football is being apart of the team he enjoy working together with teammates because they encourage each other and celebrate wins.
Randall is inspired by his by his family, coaches, teachers and football role models. On the field he is inspired by players who show hard work, dedication, determination and teamwork. Off the field he’s inspired by people who support him, encourage him, teach him to be respectful, responsible person. These people motivate Randall to keep improving and become the best version of himself.
The moment in Randall football journey that makes me proudest is watching Randall step onto that field with confidence, determination, and heart. It’s not just about a win or a big play it’s seeing hard work, discipline, and dedication he has put in finally show. Watching him grow as an athlete and as a young man has been the greatest reward. With his struggles with Autism.
