If a team member falls short, or does amazing.. so does the team. Being a part of a team an creating memories and bonds with his team is what he enjoys most.
Rashid is self motivated! He is his own inspiration. Being better than he was the previous game/ day is his motivation to keep going and to keep thriving towards excellence. Rashid wants to be the best. He wants to be a professional athlete an he knows it takes hard-work an determination an making that happen is his inspiration on and off the field.
After a major loss during a soccer game 2 years ago there were alot of tears amongst the team, after a few moments Rashid got up an shouted "Enough crying yall, its ok. We know what we gotta do next time." "Let's go shake they hands and get ready for tomorrow's game"! It was such a proud moment and it truly showed his dad an i, that his parents, coaches along with the rest of his village are doing something right with this amazing kid!
