What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

As her parents, we’ve watched how much she loves volleyball. She loves being part of a team, learning new skills, and challenging herself to improve. She always pushes herself to work harder, become a better player, and support her teammates. Volleyball has taught her teamwork, dedication, confidence, and perseverance, and we’re so proud of the passion she brings to the sport.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

As her parents, we see how inspired she is by Harper Murray. She looks up to her dedication, hard work, confidence, and passion for volleyball. Harper motivates her to keep pushing herself, learn new skills, work hard as a teammate, and continue chasing her dream of playing volleyball at the college level.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

As her parents, one of our proudest moments was watching her play while she had been sick for two weeks, without knowing it. She played her heart out, even though she struggled going back and forth as a setter, outside hitter, and playing back row. She never gave up or let it stop her from supporting her team. Her determination, strength, and love for volleyball made us incredibly proud.
