What Roman loves most about baseball is being part of a team and helping his teammates compete. He loves bringing energy to the dugout, encouraging his teammates, and doing whatever he can to help his team succeed. He enjoys the competition, working hard to improve every day, and the challenge of becoming a better player and teammate. Most of all, he loves the friendships, memories, and opportunities that come from playing the game he loves.
Roman’s greatest inspiration comes from God, his family, and his coaches. His faith reminds him that with God, hard work, and perseverance, there is no limit to what he can accomplish. His family and coaches are always there to motivate him, encourage him, and believe in him, even through challenges. Having that strong faith and support system inspires Roman to keep working toward his goals, become the best version of himself, and always believe that anything is possible.
What makes me proudest isn’t one moment, but watching Roman’s journey through the successes, challenges, and setbacks. No matter what he faces, he continues to work hard, support his teammates, and rely on his faith in God. I’m proud of what he accomplishes on the field, but even more proud of the character, determination, and faith he shows while chasing his dreams.
