Football taught him that every yard is earned together and no goal is reached alone. The discipline, the camaraderie, and the trust built between teammates are what he treasures most.
His biggest inspiration is his family. Watching his parents work tirelessly to provide for him and never make excuses has shaped his work ethic and humility. He plays every down knowing that the values instilled at home — effort, accountability, and kindness — matter more than any statistic. Their unwavering support fuels his drive.
What makes me proudest isn’t a single play or game — it’s watching him grow into a young man who leads by example. Whether it’s picking up a teammate after a tough loss, staying late to help a younger player with drills, or bouncing back from a setback with renewed determination, his character on and off the field is what makes me most proud.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
