What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

He loves to play hockey and soccer because he loves to help his team be the best they can be, its not all about winning but showing up for your team mates and your fans.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Ryden is inspired by both his parents who were great athletes he likes to do the best in all the sports he plays .He is so proud of his parents and wants to show them he can also be as good as they were.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

When he was running the 800 meter he was so far ahead of all the runners ,so when he finished first he waited for each runner to cross the finish line and congratulated each runner and cheered all of them to the finish line.
