What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What Ryder loves most about baseball is the feeling he gets when he steps onto the field. He loves being part of a team, working together with his teammates, and knowing that everyone is giving their best to reach the same goal. He loves the excitement of the game—the sound of the ball hitting the bat, making a great play, getting a hit, and celebrating with his teammates. But more than anything, Ryder loves the challenge. Baseball pushes him to work harder and learn from his mistakes.
