What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Ryder loves supporting his teammates. He loves to celebrate their success and pick them up after any mistakes. His favorite feeling during a game is getting to strike out the last batter to secure a win.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Ryder's parents inspire him by supporting his love for the game and his drive to become a great person who values his teammates. Those valued teammates also inspire him, helping pick him up if he strikes out or misses a play.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Ryder recently fractured the growth plate in his ankle during a game, which ended his travel ball season. Even while being upset by the outcome, he told his parents that still wanted to be at every game and practice to support his teammates and cheer them on.
