What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

She loves going out on track and running with the best of the best and fighting for the wins. She loves racing with her friends and no matter the outcome of the race, they are still friends as soon as they come off the track.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Her biggest inspiration is her older brother. At a young age she idolized him on the race track, wanting to be just as good as he is. Now, her goal is to beat him in a race.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

While there a many moments, the one that stands out the most is her congratulating her competitor after he won the race against her.

Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
