Shane is inspired by both his parents. They are the most honest about his game and give him positive and negative criticism but help and guide him to reach his goals he has set out for himself. They push him to be the best version of himself and support his community leadership through YMSL.
The way Shane shows up for his team every practice and game. Even when injured he doesn’t miss a thing. He is a true leader of a team and will never not give 100%. He is dedication to the team and puts his all in to all the sports he play because he knows it’s not just one person that’s part of a team and he refuse to let them down in his role.
