Coach and four time Olympian Brenda Villa. Coach Villa inspires her because she never let her circumstances define her future. Raised by immigrant hardworking parents, she overcame challenges through relentless work ethic, resilience, and faith in herself. As her coach, Brenda has shown her that true champions are measured not only by medals, but by humility, integrity, and how they lift up those around them.
Shaye already swims and plays varsity water polo on nationally, ranked teams, but decided her sophomore year to also run cross-country.
