Learn MoreThe thing i love most is how it motivates me to do better in school and keeps me physically healthy. I don't really have the time or resources to go to the gym and built a whole schedule for myself so it's an alternative thats fun and works for me. I also love working as a team since most my teammates ive been with since middle school and im used to how they play by now.
During my freshmen year in high school the seniors on my volleyball that played in Varsity inspired me a lot. I'd always look at them and think "I wish i could play like that" or "I cant wait until i reach their skill level". Now that they're all gone I still think about them from time to time and wonder if they would've been impressed with how much I've improved.
The time my overhand serve went over for the first time was a big milestone for me because i just couldn't get it down at first. Along with getting recognition from people a deem better players than i am validates my journey.
