Sophia loves the friendships, teamwork, and memories that come from playing sports and being involved in school activities. Whether she’s pitching on the softball field, competing on the volleyball court, or performing in a school play, she enjoys challenging herself, encouraging others, and growing in confidence. She loves learning new skills, working toward shared goals, and being part of a team where everyone supports one another.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Sophia’s biggest inspiration is her older sister, a special needs teacher. She admires her kindness, patience, and dedication to helping others every day. Watching her sister lead with compassion has taught Sophia the importance of encouraging others, working hard, and treating everyone with respect. She strives to carry those same qualities with her on the field, in the classroom, and in her everyday life.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

The moment that makes me the proudest isn’t a single win or trophy—it’s watching Sophia grow into a confident, supportive teammate who always gives her best. Seeing her encourage others, overcome challenges, and continue to work hard in softball, volleyball, and every opportunity she takes on reminds me that success is measured by character as much as achievement.
