My granny inspires me. She has been my number one supporter at all my competitions every year. She pushes me to always keep going and never quit. Even when it’s hard my legs can’t move. I have nothing left in me to keep dancing at a competition. She is the strongest most resilient woman. Her life hasn’t always been easy for her but she has never given up and always tells her grandchildren to always have the fight inside you to keep going never give up and never let anyone stop you.
I have two. One is my solo that was for my granny. I picked her favourite song. It was very emotional.two: representing Canada at the dance World Cup this year in Ireland. My granny, granda, mom and aunts immigrated from Ireland I was able to meet all my mom’s family and dance on a world stage. It was such an incredible experience personally and professionally
