the team brought in two older pitchers after Sophia was the ace for a year. They pitched the other girls more than her. She felt like the coach gave up on her and she was questioning if she wanted to keep pitching. She quietly kept working and within a year was the Ace of Team leading in all pitching metric. Every time the girl gets knocked down she comes back stronger. She is resilient and strong willed for only being 12
