Spencer is inspired by dedicated athletes and coaches who lead by example and show what true perseverance looks like. She looks up to competitors who stay humble through success, work hard behind the scenes, and lift up those around them. On and off the field, she is driven by her family and teammates, who constantly encourage her to push her boundaries, embrace every opportunity to grow, and lead with positive energy and strong character.
My proudest moment is watching Spencer’s resilience and composure when the pressure is highest. Seeing her step up in big tournament and horse show moments—executing under pressure in all activities, or staying grounded and focused in the show ring—shows her maturity and competitive spirit. Seeing her celebrate her teammates' success just as passionately as her own highlights the true strength of her character as an athlete and a leader.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
