What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

For my son it's all about fun making friendships and working as a team. He's seen this as his team has been on the bottom loosing every game and they come back to win gold.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

My son looks up to his big buddy off the ice, she pushes him to do his best and when it comes to hockey his idol is luck misa. He watched him play in the ohl and wants to he just like him.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

When he scored his 1st goal. He didn't show boat he just turned to me and pointed
