What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Boxing has saved her life and given her opportunities she never thought possible. It’s taught her hard work and dedication go along way.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Her grandmother Betty , she raised Taliyah. Sadly she passed away about 4 years ago. She wants to make her proud.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

At the International Open in Pueblo Colorado, where I fought the team mate of the actual fighter I was supposed to fight. I ended up beating both of them. There’s so many , recently Mike Tyson raised my hand inside the ring.
