The moment that makes me proudest is watching Tam continue to work hard even when things didn’t go right. After moving to a new city and joining a new team, he wasn’t getting the opportunities he was used to and his confidence took a hit. Instead of quitting, he kept showing up, practicing, and believing in himself. Seeing him push through disappointment, stay positive, and continue chasing his dream of playing football one day showed me the kind of young man he is becoming. That perseverance
