Learn MoreHe loves his coaches and being part of his team. He pushes himself to be better each practice. He has never been one to speak up for himself. In football he is gaining his voice. He asks to be taught more plays, to be put in the game more. When he was younger he was an awful sore loser, now that he is older it amazes me how humble he is and how he is growing in the game. He has grown so much growth and strength in this game. As his mother I am such awe of him.
Jesus Christ first and foremost. We take time each night, me and his little sister and do a devotional together and talk about daily life and go over things together and how life is for them. In the last 2 years they have dealt with divorce of me and their dad on top of me battling breast cancer at the same time and they overcame both so great. I also think that his coaches inspire him, he loves each and respects them greatly.
His growth in the game. Learning his strengths and abilities. Wanting to learn more about the game. And knowing that the band of brotherhood they each have will last a lifetime. Since this is his first year playing in middle school it is just the start. So we have so much more to look forward too. He has a cousin who is a Senior that he is looking up too that is weight lifting 320....and he is looking to follow in his steps.
