What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

My son loves the game because it gives him the chance to build friendships, learn the true meaning of teamwork, and be part of something bigger than himself. The fact that he gets to play with his friends brings joy to him. He thrives on the competition and embraces the challenge to become a stronger, better version of himself each day. Most of all, the game has created a special bond between him and his father—one built on encouragement, shared memories, and a love that is truly unmatched.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Timothy’s father is his biggest inspiration because, as he gets older, he is beginning to understand the “why” behind the lessons he is being taught. His father has created a loving space where he emphasizes the importance of God, determination, resilience, and being a good person. Timothy is inspired as he watches his father put these values into practice every day. He is beginning to carry those same qualities into his own life, striving to be a better player, and student who gives his all.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

I am incredibly proud of Timothy for the strength, maturity, and determination he has shown. In April 2026, his tic disorder became more frequent, and he began receiving many questions from others about it. At first, he felt frustrated and unsure of how to handle those conversations. Although he experienced involuntary movements and vocal sounds, Timothy chose to educate himself about his condition. Over time, he has learned how to explain it to others with greater confidence.
