What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What Chop loves most about football is the excitement, competition, and being part of a team. As his mom, I love watching his passion come alive every time he steps on the field. He loves making plays, being physical, challenging himself, and knowing his teammates can depend on him. Football gives him confidence, discipline, and a sense of purpose. Most importantly, he genuinely loves the game, and watching him grow, work hard, and have fun doing what he loves makes me so proud.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Grandma Sarah inspires Chop both on and off the field because she is always encouraging him to be his best. She teaches him to work hard, stay humble, and never give up, even when things get difficult. On the field, he carries her encouragement with him and uses it as motivation to keep pushing. Off the field, she reminds him to be respectful, kind, and responsible. Her love and support mean so much to him, and she is a big part of the person and athlete he is becoming.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Chop’s proudest football moment was playing in the 2025 Turkey Bowl with his new team, BIG BELLVIEW. It was more than just a game—it was his first opportunity to step onto the field with a new group of teammates and show what he could bring to the team. Watching him embrace the challenge, compete, and play with confidence made me so proud. Seeing him begin a new chapter with BIG BELLVIEW and make his presence known is a moment we’ll always remember.
