I love competition and the daily grind to work and get better. Playing sports also creates future opportunities for leadership positions, on and off the field. Playing football will help me earn my college degree and provide a means to make money to invest and make a living.
My coaches and family who trust and believe in me. They inspire me to work hard and be mentally tough. The hours they put in coaching me, taking me to practice, cheering for me and my teammates, instilling positivity in my life, and praying for/with me are all things that I appreciate and have shaped me into the young man I am.
I have enjoyed watching Tylan play football (catching game winning passes), basketball (picking pockets to convert to buckets), and run track since he was 5 years old. From the YMCA, to All-American Youth Football, now in high school -his strong worth ethic, fighting spirit, and dawg mentality have always stood out among his peers. His freshman year in track, he swept the district winning 4 gold medals in 100m, 200m, long and triple jump. He was named Newcomer of the Year!
