Receive Text UpdatesTyler loves the excitement of playing sports, being part of a team, and pushing himself to get better. He’s been playing since he was 5 years old, and sports have always been a big part of who he is. Most of all, he loves having fun, competing, and doing what he loves.
Tyler’s biggest inspiration is his big brother, Quintavius Johnson. Watching Q play football for UGA inspires Tyler to work hard, stay focused, and chase his own dreams. He looks up to his brother both on and off the field and hopes to follow in his footsteps one day. Tyler is inspired by his family, coaches, and teammates. His family motivates him to always do his best, while his coaches and teammates push him to work harder and never give up.
My proudest moment is honestly watching Tyler grow through sports. I’ve been there since he first stepped on the field at 5 years old, and seeing the young man and athlete he has become makes me so proud. Through every win, loss, good day, and hard day, he never gives up. Watching him continue to work hard and chase his dreams is a feeling I can’t even put into words.
