What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What Tyson loves most about sports is the opportunity to be part of a team while constantly challenging himself to improve. Whether he’s playing baseball, hockey, or football, he enjoys competing alongside his teammates and pushing himself to reach his full potential. Every practice and game is a chance to grow, learn, and become a better athlete and teammate. He enjoys being active, sportsmanship, and competing.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Tyson is inspired by his mom, who has shown him the value of hard work, dedication, and perseverance as a single parent. He also looks up to his papa and grandma, whose sacrifices, encouragement, and unwavering support have helped shape him into both the athlete and person he is today. Their belief in him motivates him to give his best every day. The opportunities they have provided him motivate him to succeed. He wants to make them proud!

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Tyson is proud of his ability to compete in multiple sports while continuing to grow as an athlete. One of his greatest accomplishments is earning the opportunity to play in Ontario’s CPBL, where he competes against some of the province’s top baseball players. Challenging himself at the highest level while balancing baseball, hockey, and football is something he takes great pride in. He loves all aspects of being apart of a team and the atmosphere of competition.
