Receive Text UpdatesShe loves tennis, her only sport for many years. She puts in a lot of effort to improve her technique and is learning to stay calm and control her emotions during matches.
Rafael Nadal inspires her the most because of his determination, humility, and never-give-up attitude. She first became interested in tennis after watching him play on TV. She admires how he stays focused, works hard, and continues fighting even when things get difficult. She tries to bring that same attitude to her own matches and everyday life specially at school.
One of the moments that made me proudest was when she made her middle school tennis team and had to play against older, taller, and stronger players. Even though she was nervous, she never gave up and gave her best for herself and her team. In one match, she pushed an older, stronger boy all the way to a tie breaker.Watching her face that challenge with courage and determination made me incredibly proud.It showed me that winning isn’t always about the score,it’s about believing in yourself.
