Valori is a natural athlete. She thinks sports. Her inspiration on and off the court is her intense desire to compete at the highest level.
What makes me the proudest is when she comes to me and says she is going to walk to the ymca to get her shots in or when she makes a declaration about what she is going to do. For example when she said she was going to break the school triple jump record. I encouraged her but seeing her do it was one of the best moments ever. Seeing her set the enormous goals for herself and just knock them down is amazing.
