What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

I’d say the thing I love most about baseball is seeing all the hard work I put in before the season finally pay off. The countless hours of practice, training, and dedication help me become a better player, but the best part is sharing those moments with my teammates. Baseball has taught me that success comes from commitment, teamwork, and enjoying the journey together.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

My dad inspires me both on and off the baseball field. During every game, he pays attention to every detail, and afterward we talk about what went well and what I can improve. He isn't afraid to point out my mistakes, but he also makes sure to recognize the things I did well. He encourages me to ask my coaches and trainers for feedback because he believes there is always something new to learn from the people around me. What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

One of my proudest moments was during a tournament when he wasn’t playing. A teammate who usually gets little time had a chance and played great. He cheered him on and was genuinely happy for him because he earned it. He truly understands baseball is about team success, not just individual stats. Whether on the field or in the dugout, he supports teammates.
