On the field it would be Kobe Bryant because he never gives up, plays through injuries for his fans who’s saved money to watch him play, he’s committed and he’s a team player. Off the field would be family because they’re supportive and sees the best in him.
His dedication. Being able to see the progress with his mindset. This year he will have to be at school at 5:40 am. Last he had to be at school for practice at 6:30 am and he was up and ready to go every day, no complaining just excited to do what he loves best.
