They love how basketball gives them a purpose and an outlet. It’s where they can turn pain, anxiety, and trauma into motivation, push themselves every day, and become stronger both on and off the court. They love the competition, the growth, the discipline, and most of all, the feeling of being free when they play. Basketball means everything to them.
I’m inspired by the people who have supported me through every challenge, especially my family. I’m also motivated by the criticism and negativity I’ve faced when people questioned or disliked my success. Instead of letting jealousy or hate bring me down, I use it as fuel to work harder and prove to myself that I belong. Every obstacle reminds me to stay focused, keep improving, and let my actions speak louder than words.
I came from nothing to playing for the best basketball club in the province. achieved many awards from all the sports ive played whilst being the youngest in my teams. the sky isnt the limit.
