What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

He loves the teamwork, competition, and constant opportunity to learn and improve. Basketball is his favorite sport, but he gives his all in every sport he plays. He enjoys learning new techniques and applying them during games, while encouraging and supporting his teammates. Zaire takes pride in being someone his team can count on from start to finish. Whether he’s on the basketball court, football field, baseball diamond, or running track, he loves knowing he is contributing to his team succes

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

His family inspires him, especially his father. His dad played football, and his uncle played basketball, so sports have always been a meaningful part of his family. They support him by attending practices, helping him improve, and showing up for him on game days. Their encouragement motivates Zaire to work hard, stay humble, and keep pushing himself. Knowing his family believes in him inspires him to give his best both on and off the field.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

The moments that make me proudest are the ones when Zaire doesn’t feel his best, but still shows up and gives his absolute all. No matter how tired, frustrated, or unmotivated he may feel before a game, once it starts, he is completely locked in. He never lets those feelings affect his effort or commitment. He plays with heart, discipline, and determination from start to finish. Watching him push through and give his team everything he has.
