What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Zander loves playing sports because they challenge him to be his best while having fun with his teammates. He also loves practices where he can work on getting better and sharpening his skills. Whether he's on the golf course, baseball field, basketball court, or football field, he enjoys learning new skills, competing, and encouraging others. He values teamwork, sportsmanship, and the friendships he's made through sports. Every game is an opportunity to improve, work hard, and making memories.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Zander is inspired by his mom and dad because they lead by example every day. They have taught him to put his faith first, work hard, stay humble, and always treat others with kindness and respect. Their encouragement gives him confidence to chase his goals while remembering that character is more important than winning. They remind him that being a great teammate, showing good sportsmanship, and helping others are the true measures of success.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

I am incredibly proud of Zander, not just for his accomplishments, but for the person he is becoming. Even in failure, he keeps his head high, learns from the experience, and moves forward with confidence. He has already achieved a hole-in-one in golf, shows natural leadership, and leads by example with his sportsmanship and attitude. Most of all, he has the gift of making friends with everyone he meets and treating every person with kindness and respect.
