She loves putting her heart and soul in the grind of it all. The grit, attitude, and the determination of it all to reach each goal through blood, sweat, and tears. She loves striving to be the best.
I believe me being mom inspire Zareya on and off the court. She has watched me coach, teach, pray, and mentor others on and off the court with or without a title. I have demonstrated in real time that my character, attitude, work, and community relationships have helped me produced the result needed in the community.
Watching her hold the championship trophy as she lead the team to the division championship. She had every reason to quit and complain during the season with the hardships of life at home and school, but she kept quiet, kept praying, stayed positive, and pushed to the end. She was class valedictorian, president, and a champion. I was very proud of her accomplishments on and off the court.
