What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What Zoey loves most about soccer is competition. She loves to challenge herself work harder and try to be a better player. She is very competitive and she loves the feeling of stepping onto the field and giving everything she has to help her team win and sometimes even when the kid gets tough, she never gives up. She loves to challenge herself and prove that hard work pays off.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

The person who inspires Zoey on and off the field is Lamine Yamal. He showed the world that you don’t have to be older to compete at the highest level, watching him play for Spain at such a young age and helped them win the World Cup inspires her to believe in herself and her abilities that with hard work, dedication and confidence anything is possible.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

One of my proudest moment for Zoey will be her sportsmanship. Regardless of winning or losing, what matters most is how she responds. I am proud that she is humble when she wins and respects opponents & encourage teammates when things don’t go her way. It’s about supporting & respecting the sport and players.
