Thaiza loves the excitement of running down the field, pulling flags, and scoring touchdowns. She enjoys working with her teammates, learning new plays, and getting stronger every game. Flag football makes her feel confident, fast, and part of something fun and special.
Thaiza is inspired by her brother, who also plays football. She loves how he stays focused, works hard, and always cheers her on. Watching him play makes her want to get better and try her best too, on and off the field.
One of my proudest moments was when Thaiza's team was down, and she made a catch and touchdown that helped them come back and win. She stayed focused, and showed real leadership. Seeing her believe in herself and never give up made me so proud.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
